Samovar operation
Getting started:
- Place the device on a dry, firm and level surface.
- Fill the samovar so that the water level is higher than the heating element.
- Connect the power cord to the samovar, then to the outlet.
- important! If the samovar is being used for the first time, be sure to boil and rinse its inner surface.
How to works auto power-off button
- Press the power button. The samovar will turn off on its own when it reaches 100 °C.
- The samovar can be switched on again after the water has cooled below 60 °C.
Attention! The samovar is not equipped with an automatic and visual volume control system. To avoid damage to the heating element, check the water level before each power-on.
Care and storage
- Before performing any maintenance work on the samovar, make sure that the appliance is disconnected from the power supply.
- To clean the surface of the samovar from dust and drops, use a dry, soft cloth or sponge. Do not wash the samovar with water - this will lead to rapid oxidation of the brass surface of the case and moisture ingress onto the electrical components of the product.
- Remove limescale from the inner surface of the samovar in a timely manner using special cleaning agents.
- Before long-term storage, be sure to drain the water, wipe the inner and outer surfaces with a dry cloth.
- Store the samovar in a dry room at a temperature not lower than 10 °C.
- Do not store the samovar near substances that cause corrosion (acids, alkalis, etc.)
- If drops occur from the faucet, rub its moving surfaces with a special lapping paste.
Safety requirements
- Do not wash the samovar by immersing it in water. Make sure that no water gets on the electric plug when filling the samovar with water.
- Check for water in the samovar before each power-on. It is strictly forbidden to connect the samovar to the mains if the water level is below the upper edge of the heating element.
- Place the switched-on samovar on a stand made of fireproof material at a distance of at least one meter from flammable objects.
- It is forbidden to connect the samovar to a network with non-standard fuses installed, a faulty outlet and a cord.
- Do not empty the water from the samovar connected to the mains, and do not top it up when the samovar is turned on.
- Do not disconnect the plugged-in cord from the samovar.
- It is forbidden to leave a samovar connected to the network unattended.
- Do not simultaneously touch the samovar connected to the network and the elements connected to the ground (plumbing, heating, etc.).
- When heating the samovar, it is permissible for drops to appear from the faucet and its movable part, this is due to design features and is not a defect.
